  • This has been an ongoing issue since the last update. The site showed that they are aware of this problem & have already submitted a fix to Apple, so we are just waiting for the update to come through. I am a member of the FB page for this group & all of us are having this same issue.
  • I started w/zen labs but was bored to tears & switched to the Zombies Run by six to start C25k. I went from 0 running to 4 miles in just under 8 weeks. Also BTW if you are getting winded you are going too fast. It took me a while to figure this out. If you could possibly go any slower then go slower, you should be able to…

  • Hello, I have done this run, it was actually my first one & it was amazing. A great experience. I read some articles & followed the advice I found, compression gear is best as cotton only weigh you down & the bottoms may fall off, compression is your BFF. I purchased a pair of running shoes from Marshall’s for about $30 &…

  • I agree w/the above ^^ the wall was tough, but doable. Wear compression, it doesn't weigh you down like cotton would & yes donate your shoes @ the end & hose off.
  • You will have so much fun. I did do some weight training to make sure I would be ready. I think everything helped, the weight training & the c25k. I didn't have to go around any obstacles. Some were tough but you have great cheerleaders that help get you through it. Good luck.
  • I did this run. It was awesome! It really is for any fitness level, if you can’t complete an obstacle then you walk around it. You do not have to run the course either there were lots of walkers. How difficult you are willing to go is up to you. When I first signed up for this run I could barely walk 20min on the…
  • I love the profile pic. It's so cute
  • When I first started running I would do this. My balance felt off. I probably had a death grip on there as well w/out realizing it. Once I became more confident I let go.

  • Feel free to add. I'm 42 & managed to lose 40lbs last year. It wasn't easy & it still isn't easy, but doable.
  • $110 & worth every penny. I have used inferior shoes & have paid the price w/continued foot issues. If I had spent the money on proper shoes to begin with I may never have experienced my injury. So were the cheaper improperly fitted shoes worth it, NO! Get fitted & spend the money.

  • I will send you all an invite. You do your best to hit 3500, but if you don't that's ok too. Once you do hit 3500 you realize how it is possible for you to do it & helps motivate you to do it again.
  • I will send you guys an invite. Once you hit 3500 you realize you can do it & it becomes easier to do.
  • I have on those tough C25K weeks said to myself the following: Don't be a wimp, you can do it You did it before, you can do it now So & so did it, why can't you You want it then get it The faster you get this done the faster you can go home It's only one more lap, what's one more So & so thinks you can't do it, prove them…

  • I 2nd the above ^^^ I love this app. I used the zombiesrun c25k trainer & moved on to the storyline. It's awesome! Have a great time getting to know the base & running from those pesky zoms.
  • Thanks for this post OP & everyone that responded. I'm a migraine sufferer & was considering going GF as well. I think after your replies I will research it a bit more. Thanks.
