  • bump..ive been experimenting with cardio vs weight training and ive noticed i consistently burn almost the same amount while lifting weights as i would doing about 20 mins of cardio..if not more sometimes :)

  • i googled TDEE calculator and entered my info. I would like to loose 30-40lbs. I currently weigh 175 lbs...last i checked which was about a week ago.

  • I calculated what my calorie intake should be because i realise it is actually quite low on mfp..i end up hungry at the end of the day ..my friend who is a nutritionist told me i need generally around 1900..thats if i incorporate light exercise 1-3x week in order to reach my goal weight. 2100 for moderate exercise 3-5 days…

  • agree. i usually add a tablespoon of wheatgrass powder into my green smoothie..which already tastes pretty good..so i dont even notice it.. it gives me energy, i find. Also not all wheatgrass is created equal..taste wise.

  • I do Zumba Core on wii and I love it. I've only been doing it for about a week so its too early for me to tell if its working, but i have fun..my heart rate is up and I sweat BUCKETS! so that must count for something. Anyone seen results from doing Zumba on wii?
