I think we need to do like the French. They don't count calories, fat, carbs, etc. They EAT real food. No fat free, low fat, low carbs...And guess what.....until fast food hit them, they had lowest heart problems and was third lowest in obesity. hmmmm.

Can you put all of the nutrition info on here for us if you haven't done so? I tried WW and it's great; however, points don't mean anything to me. lol. Never got it.

I've been told all of these things. The "don't eat carbs" one actually has had a HUGE hold on me and have had a difficult time shaking that off.

Question. Is it really important to eat back all calories lost during walking? I'm trying to do that, but the pounds are standing still.

I have done WW before as well; however, the point system didn't seem to work as well for me as using MFP. Being able to see calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber, etc. (the science of it) seems to motivate me to do better. I know that WW doesn't even include fruit in points, therefore, caloric/carb/sugar intake is going to…
