I never pay that much for my organic cold pressed coconut oil :) And I'll surley pass on dye colored alcohol for $4.

I don't use regular toothpaste. I use Earthpaste made of clay and essential oils. I've tried oil pulling, but never could make it to 20 minutes of swishing. I know a few people who have healed the beginnings of cavities by changing their diet. I was a student at the dental school, but they do not open their minds to…

I'm a member of the church of Christ and a daughter of a church of christ preacher. I have been married for 9 years and due to stress and other factors have gained about 10 pounds a year...It is time to get my weight and life back to where it needs to be. Glad to be part of this group.

I have honeybees and have seen how HFCS is made in the labs. If we want to get technical bees use chemicals that they themselves product in their bodies to make honey. I'm not craving processed junk either. I'm satisfied! I really like liver and heart, so I have no problem eating it a few times a month. Made pastured chicken liver vegetable soup in bone broth last night. Eating and living this way, everything just works together.

Did you cut regular grocery store red meat? Grass fed meat has a 1:1 ratio of omega 3 and 6. Love eating fish!

I had no idea that my city had the food buying club. Here's a list of WAPF buying clubs. http://www.westonaprice.org/local-chapters/find-local-chapter#tx Also check local harvest, there's a lot of farmers out there, they just have to be found.

Gluten causes a lot of problems. If you still want to eat the grain, try soaking them. Soaked grains and then made into sourdough decrease the gluten content as well. Like CoachReddy said, bone broth is great too! I'm having some today at lunch.
