May I see your degree or certificate showing why it is that you believe you are the expert on what is sexy or not or when and where women should/should not be able to show cleavage? Also, I'd like to see your certificate to judge people pls.

Sometimes there is a hormonal issue when this happens. It's to do with progesterone. If it's more dramatic than weight loss, like the perkiness and shape are changing dramatically and there are other symptoms you could have your hormones tested to be sure.

It's going to come with fat loss otherwise you wont see it anyway but any sort of full body compound lift will use your core. Just make sure you are bracing it properly and breathing. Kettle bell swings are good for the core too.

I agree. Body dysmorphia. I have the same issue. I'm wide, I'm either butchy or fat. But I just try to embrace the curves and the thickness. There are a lot of people who find that attractive even if I struggle with seeing it. But none of that really matters because it's so insignificant compared to everything else about…

No. The only time I tried low carb I had no energy at all. Just lift the things and eat the food and have PATIENCE! No need for fad diets unless there is a medical reason.

Even though this is a rant, I agree. I've experienced the peeking over the shoulder to check your password so they can sneak into your phone later thing..... it's unbecoming to say the least. And in my case and a few of my friends... it's the guys doing this the most.
