Gluten free can be good. However, if you have no medical reason for it, it's unnecessary and can be difficult. People with gluten intolerances have to be careful to balance their vitamins because there are certain things that come from eating wheat.0

If you don't have any dietary restrictions then continue to eat the regular stuff? A lot of foods that don't and shouldn't have gluten are starting to label themselves as gluten free so don't let that freak you out. Its not BAD to eat gluten free foods. Corn tortillas, cheese, meats etc all shouldn't contain gluten anyways.. Sugar free foods can have harmful chemical sweeteners in them, look to see if its sweetened with stevia which is a natural plant sweetener that is low cal.0

Corn Pops, Pop-Tarts, kettle popcorn, popsicles...I don't call soda "pop" but I suppose it would work here.
Anything with a pop in it really. Good diet.0 -
Stock up on plain flour and sugar, dude. There's probably a shortage on the horizon...0

maybe.... but only in places *like* France, wherever those places may be....not in France itself.0 -
because there are certain things that come from eating wheat.
Like???
"A large proportion of our essential nutrients is contained in the wheat grain. These are: carbohydrates (60-80 percent, mainly as starch); proteins (8-15 percent, which contain adequate amounts of all essential amino acids except lysine, tryptophane, and methionine); fats (1.5-2.0 percent); minerals (1.5-2.0 percent); and vitamins such as the B complex and vitamin E" --Barbara and Leonard Jacobs. Which can all be found in other sources.
Everyone should be careful to "balance their vitamins" (and macros), not just those who have to eat gluten-free.0 -

It would be very hard and sad to imagine France without Gluten!0 -

I'm so glad it hasn't caught on here. You could only find them in specialty stores for 5x the price of regular so barely anyone buys them but those who actually do have issues.0

We'd have to draw straws to see who gets to lick the screen.0 -

No. Sprinkles are bad for you.0 -
If you have no dietary restrictions, why on earth are you complaining about gluten free foods? I can assure you, as someone who has to eat gluten free, GF products are definitely not 'everywhere', they don't even begin to compare in quantity with all the foods you can eat without dietary restrictions; you can eat pretty much anything (within reason obviously), consider yourself very lucky!0
