Last night I had stuffed green peppers stuffed with turkey meat, brown rice, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, and shredded soy cheese. Also a glass of almond milk. I know it's normal to feel tired. I just seem to get unusually more tired than I have in the past.

Come to think of it, it was after taking a long break due to injuries. Maybe my body just couldn't handle it. Been running for about a month now, and seem to be building my stamina.

Hmm lots of beef. I've been trying to eat more chicken, turkey, and fish but I do love a nice filet now and then. Think tonight may be that night.
