Because there's no stove top or oven in my little office where I can cook my chicken and fish, as I am also opposed to eating microwaved leftovers, or blending my natural sources of protein in a bottle to carry with me as a pureed slurry of flesh, I choose to include supplementation.

I believe anyone can be "healthy" at any size. If you don't like the words "thin" or "skinny," how about "slim" and "trim?" Or if you're a dietary food product, how about "non-fat" and "low-fat?" Diabetics can have "carb controlled" and "lower sugar." I can go on if you'd like...
