I did not, I rolled out of bed at about 5 and straight in to gear and left! I made sure I went to be at 8:30 to make sure I'd get enough sleep. This was just weird! :)

I used to go about 4 days a week, but it's been about 6 weeks since I've done it. This morning wasn't quite like starting from scratch, but pretty close! I only made it about a mile and a half because I was convinced I was going to be sick :/

I love the Oikos Fruit at the bottom (blueberry!:)). I tried another one (I THINK it started with a Z?), and I wasn't a fan. But I haven't tried any of the other ones, I'm too happy with mine.

Honestly? Water. I am a Dr. Pepper addict. I definitely used to drink at least one a day. Right before I started working out, I just gave it up. Now, I'm NOT perfect. I've heard people complain of knee pain from this work out, but I have never tried it. I am definitely thinking about it, though so I'm curious to see what others (who have actually tried it!:)) have to say.
