Thank you, I like the goal pic and stats on the mirror idea! I have all the good feels: stronger from exercising, clothes fit better, happier with food choices. Then I see myself. It makes me sad and forget my why. I was afraid of the scale so hopefully this image thing will pass too with some more noticeable weight loss.

This is why I am here! I have been on WW since 5/30/12. I have been losing very slowly and was wondering what my calorie counts were because I am only trained in counting points. I'm only on day 2 of 'double-tracking' (on MFP and WW online) and using all of my daily points, the counts have only been off by about 100…
