What is an adequate amount of protien? MFP have my goal at 45...I am not hardcore weights but have started 20 minute better body workout on my bowflex 3 days a week....most exercise is at 40 pounds of resistance..

My son LOVES when we make pulled pork.... Pork tenderloin and rootbeer in the crockpot on low all day, drain off the juice, shred, add bbq sauce, serve on wheat bun. Mmm Mmm good...LOL

Boston Butt is pork shoulder....pork tenderloin would be a leaner cut of meat...and works very well for crockpot pulled pork!

This food establishment does have disclaimers...and it is a business out to make money...I am sure this woman had preexisting medical conditions...I do not blame the restaurant....its not the one burger that did this...but years of abuse to her body...WAKE UP call I hope!!!

Interesting!! My old scale would vary if I weighed myself twice in a row so I always weighed myself 3 times and went with the middle weight....the new scale will weigh exactly the same 3 times in a row...couldn't figure it out...Thanks!!

It is funny, it bothers us more when something like this happens and we show a loss. If it had been a gain today you probably would have accepted it as a consequence and maybe beat yourself up a little over it. ^^^^this is very true!!

Its not like you are going to go the rest of your life without having one....so eat one...add it to your diary. I think by depriving yourself of something you like...it will just lead to binge eating...

You should see a cardiologist just to make sure it is not a heart problem...also do you see an endocrinologist ( if not you should be)? Do you have high levels of stress? Anxiety?

It's a family vacation. We are going to Texas, which is a 15 plus hour drive. We are staying one week. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a gym. They have a pool but its outside so might be cool yet. I plan to take the kids to the gulf which is a little over an hours drive from where we will be staying at least one day.…

I also work 7p-7a...I use the logic that the "day" ends at midnight...when I get up I eat dinner with family before going to work..then try to have my supper just before midnight...then I try to eat a light breakfast between 5-6 am...this is not always possible..but it keeps me on track and from binge eating

Any suggestion for someone who works 3 12 hour (7p-7a) shifts on various days a week to have a regular sleeping routine? I feel as though I have to switch from days to nights so I can be part of the family on my nights off...
