I really like Greek yougurt (I've been using fat but you don't have to), frozen berries, cocoa powder, truvia and a splash of whatever milk you use blended together until smoothie consistency. Today I even added a tsp of instant coffee! Might sound gross, but is SO YUMMY! I called it a mocha berry smoothie. :)

Just to let you know, it set me at very low for fiber. Woman are supposed to get about 25 grams a day (from a class I took) and it only set me at 15. :)

This pic made me smile! haha! I'm thinking about giving up sugar free frappes...have been telling myself it's ok since they are "sugar free"...they are not calorie free though and they have become a habit to me as well. I'm going to cut down to one a week. Have been having one every day. :blushing:

I aim to eat 300-500 for breakfast, it just jump starts my day!! My breakfast is oatmeal (150),with peanut butter (1 TBSP 90) , 1 cup frozen blueberries (80),1 cup soy milk (for on my cereal and in my coffee-60) and a hard boiled egg (70). Once you count calories for a while an occasional estimate wont' derail your efforts! If it makes you feel better, estimate on the high end.

Really if you're going to use sarcasm when someone asks a perfectly legit question on a forum board, telling them to go to Wikipedia would not be the best advice to give. My kids aren't allowed to use it as a source on any school papers because of it's inaccuracies.

The treadmills at my gym have a feature where you can put in your weight and age and tracks your heart rate. If they didn't have that, I wouldn't trust the calorie readout at all.

I love hot sauce on so many things and just read that it's good for raising endorphins! But, really what I want to suggest is oatmeal with cocoa powder, p butter and some truvia (or low glycemic sweeter of choice) yum!!

Ummm..my son threw eggs at houses when he was 14 and a guy chased him and his buddies down and held them at gunpoint for 30+ minutes before the police found them 10 miles out of town. The guy got 2 yrs for terrorizing, but my son still got arrested for throwing the eggs in the first place. Moral of my story? I don't…
