Dairy free, soy free
Is there a dairy free/soy free protein powder? I can 't do either and so have been adding peanut butter to my smoothies but would prefer a lower fat option sometimes. :) Thanks in advance for any answers.

Exercise videos
OK I have a question that my have already been answered and so I'm really sorry!! :) How do you figure out calories for exercise videos? I'm doing some walking workouts that are more then just walking-they have some other movements too. Thanks for your help! :)

Fruit sugars
OK I'm getting really frustrated with the fruit I eat putting me over in sugars! Yesterday I had 1 apple and 1 cup of unsweetened frozen blueberries, the only other thing I ate with considerable sugar in it was my PLAIN greek yogurt. I was 17 grams of sugar over from this. I can't stop eating fruit so what should I do???

Hi! I'm wondering how to figure out how many calories a day I should be burning in exercise. I've been doing about an hour of intervals (high incline low incline-faster speed lower speed)on the treadmill most days. I love greek yogurt and have been experimenting with it. Here was tonight delight! lol 1 c. fat free greek yogurt 1c. frozen blueberries 2 T. natural pb sprinkle of cinnamon 1 pk truvia sweetener (might not need it with the sweet blueberries) Blend till smooth, enjoy!

NIGHT EATING
Every day that I workout I end up getting up and eating a snack in the middle of the night. It's never anything major, but it takes calories out of my next day which is a pain. I eat a good snack at the end of the day so not sure why I can't go all night without eating. Any advice? :)

Food at night
I know that it doesn't matter when you eat your calories, so that isn't what this question is about. My question is what do you eat before you go to bed to keep from waking up hungry?
