I love greek yogurt and have been experimenting with it. Here was tonight delight! lol
1 c. fat free greek yogurt
1c. frozen blueberries
2 T. natural pb
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 pk truvia sweetener (might not need it with the sweet blueberries)
Blend till smooth, enjoy!

I've done something very similar only minus the cinnamon. My coworkers gave me a weird look when I explained why my yogurt was brown because of the peanut butter, they don't know what they're missing!0

lol! I only added cinnamon because it's good for my insulin resistance. I do like the added flavor, but could do without it too. I LOVE the yogurt/pb flavor!!0
