Walking is exercise! And for me, I get to go at my pace so I stay motivated. When I start I usually go slow, but as the endorphins kick in I find myself going faster. I love that it's at MY level! :)

I have found for myself that if I'm constantly trying to eat to few calories that I will burn out. I'm set at 1750 and I eat back my exercise calories whenever I want to. I set aside 800 calories for when I get off work (supper and a snack) and eat breakfast, lunch, and a snack at work.

There was a stupid thing on FB going around that said you should only drink warm drinks with food because otherwise the fat in food solidifies more. Totally untrue. That is probably where your friends are getting their advice from. My advice? Don't believe everything you see online.

On Fridays I don't log. It's just for me, and it works for me. I do know that if I go super crazy with it that it will slow my weight loss, but if I don't have it I will go crazy and quit any way. I love that plan!! I eat pizza on Friday just about every week, it's my daughter and I's end of the week tradition. Go home, relax and watch TV and order from Pizza Hut! :)

I love that when I am keeping track of calories and am eating the right amount for me I can schedule in treats. Today I'm having a bag of peanut m n m's at my daughter's BB game because I planned for them. :)

Zumba is fun but would be easier if I weighed 110 lbs...

I set my daily calories to higher and then I just count all exercise as 1 calorie. I don't like the mentality of "eating back" the calories.

Does your Chinese restaurant offer hibachi? Then at least you pick what goes into it completely. On the other hand I think an occasional treat, logged is ok. Just eat light the rest of the day or a couple of days.

I have at least 90-I would love to have more support as this is still a big amount to go for. I've lost in the past but need to re lose some again and get to my goal of 130. (I'm 5'3) :)
