Thanks for the comments! And ... my purse doesn't weigh 3 lbs! ;) ;) ;) haha! :)

lol! I only added cinnamon because it's good for my insulin resistance. I do like the added flavor, but could do without it too. I LOVE the yogurt/pb flavor!!

Good advice, I often justify my coffees because they are usually sugar free, but you are right, they are still calories I could be eating something more substantial (protein). I should be drinking black coffee, but my "treat" had become a daily habit.

Thanks for the comments everyone. :)

I did research on bulimia (binging and purging) and discovered that when you throw up even though it looks like a lot more you only actually throw up about 50% of the calories you consume.

Last night I was probably over by about 2,500. I ate my exercise calories and then binged on chocolate and Doritos instead of working out. UGG but I am paying for it today(feel sick!) so it was a good lesson learned!!

I plan to take a break on Easter from counting calories and hit the floor running on Monday. This will include some chocolate indulgence for sure! :)

Just had a guy tell me I was unattractive a couple of weeks before I joined, I think I was feeling bitter the day I made up my name. LOL! :)

For some reason this made me laugh, must be because I work in a school. :)

Celery with and sprinkle of salt and red pepper...don't knock it till ya try it. :) lol Good for the munchies, but not great if you're truly hungry since it's so low calorie.

On fresh baby spinach with salt and pepper-maybe a dash of red pepper. I also like a small amount of salad dressing-it makes a great salad without having to add a lot of dressing.

This may sound crazy, but I have discovered that crisp celery with a sprinkle of salt and red pepper usually satisfies my snacking urge. :)

Greek yogurt is my new favorite!

As someone with insulin resistance (pre diabetes) I agree with you totally. It's the amount of sugar over all, not how often you eat.

I jealous! ;) That's my goal!!

Please add me, I'd love to be friends with someone who has succeeded like you have. :)

Please add me! I struggle with emotional eating too, lost 65 lbs a couple of yrs ago but never learned how to keep it off. Keep fighting the same 30 lbs now and want to actually lose a lot more.

Starting fresh here, feel free to add me! :) Focusing on specific nutritional needs-type 2 diabetic.
