I had the same problem back in Feb, I had a great christmas/new year in that I lost weight but still had fun and then BAM! the winter blues hit. I struggled to get back into the healthy vibe but I tried to organise myself into a frenzie and it worked. Drawing up eating plans for the coming weeks, and did a shopping list…

I get the same problem from rowing... concensus around all I've asked seems to be ... learn to love them as a sign of your strength! Although I was thinking about those anti blister sticks? (too vain I guess!)

WOW! That is an amazing transformation!

^^^ Lol this!

Kinda hoping this happens to me! hate being a UK size 8! I was going to suggest the heel grips and leather insoles from Clarks, they do a really good job with boosting you a size / or a half... which may mean you can buy 7's if you can't get 6.5's? Also try New Look (if the shop doesn't have half sizes the website often…

Bump for ideas! I was told Oil, Nuts and PB - but would like ideas of things to add to my evening meal, as I don't take carbs in an evening Tend to have fish / chicken / turkey or quorn with veg but struggle to get over 300 cals with that! Would like something to add to meals to get them up to 500 or so :)

also... "you're so lucky" No, I'm overweight the same as any of you shorter people, and I know what I want to lose... how's that lucky? Seems to me that everyone's self perception is skewed and we're not necessarily as fat as we see ourselves. Its taken me a long time to realise it doesn't matter what the scale says if I'm…

Saag Waala - made with spinach and tomatoes, no cream so very low in fat, and about half the calories of a tikka

I've found Zoggs to be quite long but tbh it was a halterneck not a racerback so that probably helped. Do you have an outlet village near you? they normally have speedo / ellese sports outlets so you can try multiple ones on :)

Stunning!!!! Well done, pretty girl got even prettier!

My hands don't get sweaty rowing, think it's more of the grip/pinching skin makes a blister?

Telling the dog off only works if you tell them off as they do something, any delay at all and the tail between the legs, ears down, upsetness is at its owner shouting rather than it knowing what it's done wrong, far better to correct behaviour than punish actions

Please please please do not try some of the methods suggested (water/ air / bubble wrap/ paper). I'm horrified! Whilst I understand that there are different schools of thought on dog training anything which has a negative impact on the dog is a BAD idea! It breeds contempt and frustration & with your son in the house you…

Bump, love the "eye" pad!

Not all of them no, but this one yes! (although it took me a little while to work out how :ohwell:) Hence -> bargain!!!
-
Its been on offer since beginning of March so would think it would be for a little longer? At full price its only £20 so not too much of a leap, and still far cheaper than most mainstream ones. x

Yes you do need the strap, but it fits around your chest (under your boobs) and is fair comfy, I have a 38 inch bra size and I didn't need to expand it from delivery size, so it would go faaaar bigger than that if you needed it to :)
