How much do you weigh ?
-
Awesome !!! You look so much younger, wonderful, beautiful and it seems you are feeling so much better in the inside also ! GREAT JOB

Are you are talking 1900 calories NET ? 2400ish calories gross sounds good regarding your age, activity level etc. 1900 gross sems definitely low (i'd lose at this amount). Weigh yourself in a few weeks and see

Water retention

There are lots of free videos on youtube ... Leslie Sansone, Jillian Michaels, GymRa ... Yoga videos, bodyweight ones ... It really depends on your fitness level and on what you feel like doing
-
More info would be much appreciated ... Stats ? Activity level ? How much do you eat ? How much does your weight fluctuate (sure you are actually gaining fat ?) ? And so on
-
I would say just weigh yourself in a few weeks and see ! Are you sure the pounds have nothing to do with the moment in your cycle ?! I weigh myself only once a month one week after my periods. That's my lowest weight, before and after that i weigh a few pounds more. My weight did not fluctuate as much on a weekly basis…

Hi there. Couldn't it just be glycogen stores which are replenishing ? Don't know, just a guess. You say you upped your calories gradually from 1200 to 2000 then up again, but on what period of time ? I'm 27, 5'3 and have been maintaining for over a year now around 125-128 pounds. It's now extremely hard for me to eat…

It takes time ... First, time to realise, and mostly accept, having an eating disorder. After, it takes more time to be ''willing'' to put on weight. But it also takes some more, after one has decided to put on weight, to be able to eat normally again, first to stabilise weight. All of those calories, what a dream ... And…

Great ! See how much you have changed ! I mean your face, arms, belly, ... ! Well done !
-
Impressive results, well done !
-
Have you considered doing another bulk ?
-
Well done, awesome work and dedication !!!!!!!! :-)

Are you eating back at least some of your exercise calories ??
-
Wow ! Impressive lifts ! I also really really like your lean and strong look !
-
I really don't have a problem like this. I had been maintaining for a year and recently put on a few pounds over my maintenance weight range. If you cannot eat more volume, what about just changing the type of food you eat ?! Really that simple ! Enjoy your extra calories !!!!

Great accomplishment. You should be proud of yourself

Hi there. What are your height, weight and activity level ? Try to calculate your TDEE (on scoobyworkshop calorie calculator for example) and take off 15-20 % and .... Just give it a shot ! I'm 5'3-5'4 and did lose weight consistently at 1600-1700 calories on average per week(total, so including exercise calories- TDEE…

Well done you !!! I can definetely see a difference in your face, belly and waist mostly ! Keep it up !

I'm personally a big fan of Chris Freitags' and Chritine Carey's (GymRa) workouts on youtube. Combinaison of dumbells exercises and bodyweights ones. I just can't stand Jillian Michaels and find her workouts really short

I think you should try to maintain in a certain weight RANGE, like +/- 5lbs, rather than obsess on a particular number (105 in your case). To answer your question, i am still aiming for a few lbs (5ish), but have been maintaining at 2300 kcals (TDEE method, so total calories) per day. I'm 127 lbs. I find 105 really really…

Are you eating back your exercise calories ? If so, how much of it ?

Normal weight fluctuation and/or water retention. I bet it's that simple

Fantastic job ! I personally also enjoy bodyweight exercises more than heavy lifting. I was getting bored in the weighs room. I find the feeling very different. I only started doing circuit training and bodyweight exercises at home 2 months ago but i can tell my strength and shape have changed although i have been in…

SW : 159 pounds CW : 125 pounds It took me 6 months to lose the weight ; have been maintaining for 10 months. I am more motivated to exercise now than when i was trying to lose the weight, as the excitment of seeing the numbers on the scale drop has been replaced by the ones of seeing my fitness level and body composition…
