I tried it once, and fell on my butt!! LOL, Since I loose my balance easily I will stick with walking aerobics. Good Luck!!

Today is defiantly a rarity. There is no way I want to have more of these days. If I had known about the yard work I might not have exercised at all because of the heat. So now just relaxing and cooling off and drinking lots of water...
