Time for a lifestyle change
I had joined a long time ago, but was pretty wishy-washy about it. This past month was an eye opener with the cardiologist and the only contributing factors are weight and family history. I can't do anything about the family history but I can do something about the weight. So here I am making a lifestyle change.

Net calories at 122
I had planned a big workout this morning, and after I was done ended up having to help some elderly people with mowing and yard work. Just logged what I was planning to eat for the day and all the exercise, and I am at net 122. Should I be adding some more food for the day?? If that is way to low for the net I will add.…
