I had planned a big workout this morning, and after I was done ended up having to help some elderly people with mowing and yard work. Just logged what I was planning to eat for the day and all the exercise, and I am at net 122. Should I be adding some more food for the day?? If that is way to low for the net I will add. but if it is ok, I will just make sure I drink lots and lots of water to get hydrated again.

You should be netting at least 1200cals, maybe 1000 if it's a one off.

You probably aren't really netting quite that low. Most burn estimates (from a HRM) are based on gross, not net. Ie you have to subtract an hours worth of BMI or sedentary TDEE from the exercise calories for each hour of exercise for the actual calories earned.

I used to practice 5:2 intermittent fasting. That's a popular eating pattern where you build in your deficit by eating 500 cals gross two non consecutive days of the week. An occasional very low net day won't harm you..

Today is defiantly a rarity. There is no way I want to have more of these days. If I had known about the yard work I might not have exercised at all because of the heat. So now just relaxing and cooling off and drinking lots of water...
