reminds me of this week when my friend was giving all sorts of diet and weight loss advice(the last time she saw me was 20lb ago lol).....she s maybe 100lb overweight and is the classic yoyo dieter...i eat everything in moderation n work out n been losing weight slowly.....

I'm 4 11" 33yo...started off at 155 last summer( the heaviest I've ever been)......goal weight 110...21lb to go....
