My gym doesn't allow chalk....I'm doing the double overhand.....maybe I'll try the mixed grip

I'm stuck at 175lb for DL coz of grip......I really needed this!!! I have small hands so would using the 35lb barbell work since its narrower or is it just delaying the inevitable?

I'm lactose intolerant n can't have sugar so I use dymatize iso 100.....the vanilla one is the one I like but they have a bunch of other flavors

My hands are small too....I'm definitely going to put all the suggestions into practice. .... I think one of the reasons I'm enjoying this is the learning as I go....a constant challenge and continous learning experience

Doing the treadmill to running outside transition too.....it's definitely different.....pacing yourself instead of relying on the belt of the treadmill to set the pace.....the resistance from wind etc.....I am only starting so on a learning curve

i add in fruit(like a banana or fruit cups that are in 100% juice/no added sugar), raisins(with no added sugar),sliced almonds and a scoop or two of protein powder......keeps me full for hours and takes away the sour taste

took weeks to get my appetite back with my dads passing..... id get thirsty though so i would drink like protein shakes or even just milk..... sorry for your loss

4 11" SW last summer: 150lb (probably more coz i refused to weigh myself) CW 123/124 lb.... GW 110 lb started MFP in feb at 145 lb seems it takes longer for us shorties to lose a pound lol

fruit(apple, banana, grapes, berries, oranges,etc) nuts(almonds or cashews) unsweetened apple sauce (the ones in those individual packs) baby carrots i eat all the above(fruit, nuts, apple sauce and sometimes carrots) for a snack everyday at work lol

when i was working 11-7a( now im 7-3p) i ate my first meal at around 2am then a snack around 5/6a then i got home and did stuff(morning college classes,gym etc) then i ate another meal at around 12/1p then i slept and woke up at 10p to go back to work.....i dont have an appetite as soon as i wake up....it takes about 3/4…
