i have a little problem with calories intake.. i calculated i need 1900kcal when doing insanity... then minus 500 for some time cause i have to lose some weight.. i find it nearly impossible to eat that much.. i dont feel weak or hungry and i'm around 1000 kcal a day... i am aware that is too little but i cant eat more…

i'm finished 1st week :) i love it, a little obsessed with it... i took pictures first day and after a week and i can already see my body changing :) so motivated.. keep pushing all of you :) hugs

hi, i just finished day 4 of insanity- cardio recovery.. it was so good cause i could barely walking yesterday and its much better after all the stretching.. is it ok if i repeat cardio recovery again today ?
