  • I have a bit of something nice at the weekends, maybe a hot dog, but I still log it. I get a big bar of chocolate once a week and eat it over the weekend. I usually fit it under my calorie goal, or only go over a little.
  • I don't think it matter a jot. It's a cow's opinion, as our old Friend Joey would say. What matters is your total intake of food, not when it was injested. There are times where it would be more (and less) beneficial and I do think you should always try to make things as easy for yourself as possible but I wouldn't stress…

  • I empathise completely. I'm always having to gear myself up for exercise but feel great doing it. I tell myself to remember this 'good' feeling and use it in tomorrow's pep talk.
