@flanaganjim1 I love this because I was so obsessed with food before. I only thought about what my next meal was. Or even two meals ahead or even a day ahead. Now, even if I've already eaten and then there is a party with food, I don't want any. That never would have happened before! I would have eaten AGAIN! I love OMAD!!

Oh yes, when someone says, "eating once a day is so unhealthy!" I say, "my high blood pressure through the roof and being pre-diabetic was so unhealthy." Now, I'm 50 pounds lighter and my blood pressure is normal and I am not pre-diabetic. So I think this will work for me.

I have better losses from week to week if I do my splurge day once a week. It might differ for each individual but I was going without splurge days for a couple weeks here and there and my losses weren't as good.

I'm so excited! Yesterday I thought I'd see how close I was to fitting in my new jeans size 11/12. I didn't fit in one pair, but I did fit in another pair! So yay!!!!!

I did not meet my goal. I'm so close!!! I weighed Monday and I was 203. Today 204. I'm almost there. If February wasn't so short I might have made it. Lol.

I've never done LC while on OMAD and I've lost 45 lbs so far. I don't really crave sweets or eat them very often. On occasion I will.

I'm so glad too. That was one thing that bothered me a lot. MY DOUBLE CHIN!!! Now that is almost gone. And my big belly is disappearing. I'm actually able to feel my bones all over again. It's awesome!!!

So you still had one meal on the 12th, but went over on calories? Am I right? If so, I wouldn't worry about that and I would count the next day as a normal cheat day. No biggy. Bet it won't even really affect your weight loss. You're still doing a great job!!! I'm proud of you!
