@Vanguard1 I just eat whatever. This last one I had a breakfast burrito for breakfast and a half a cinnamon roll for lunch (lol) and a big southwest salad for dinner.

Wow! You are doing great! I'm also tall. I'm 5'10". I started out at 250 lbs and I've been doing this for a while. Best diet ever! We can do this!!!

@leveejohn I got stuck above 200 myself and it was aggravating me so much. I was there for a few weeks. Finally got out of it. I stuck with my cheat days and I kept taking my Magnesium pills, which I really think helped a lot. They help keep things moving and help my heart burn. I hate those plateaus. So frustrating.

I did not meet my March goal, so I'll be more realistic with April's goal. I've been consistently losing 5 pounds for the last 2 months, so I will set my goal at losing 5 pounds for April also.

I drink coffee in the morning which suppresses my appetite so much. It is a life saver for me. Tea supposedly does the same thing. So like Joe said, green tea would probably help you a lot. Plus, I've heard green tea is good for weight loss.

Thank you! Well, short term is to lose at least 5 more pounds for the month of April, but ultimately my goal is to get down to 170 lbs. And if the pounds keep coming off and I could get down to 150-160, even better.

I don't really count calories. I have no idea for sure. When I have put a meal in the calorie counter just to check for fun I usually always come in under 1200 calories. Maybe in the 1000 range, but i'm sure there are days that I go over 1200 calories because I eat whatever I want.
