I gained the 3 lbs back but I'm not really flipping out because I don't think it's a very big deal. I had a negative event happen in my life this week so I had 2 cheat days this week because I was with family and I haven't had any regular BM movement so I'm kind of backed up. I think things will get back on track next week and hoping the negativity will be better too. Much love guys.1 -
Your still under 200 so that's good and I've been dealing with constipation this past week too and needed to take a stool softener to get things moving again, I have to do this especially when I'm doing low low carb...Hoping for a positive week for you1

You are doing fantastic, very inspirational seeing what you've accomplished so far. It's also helpful that you've shared your ups and downs, makes it all the more real.
Being backed up must be in the water this week! lol I'm all good now though. :-)1 -
Two splurge days won't due much to a person, you just lose out on loosing those two days and it takes 3-5 days to get any excess off so you should be back to where you were at in a week!1

About time. Finally losing again. I've been getting so frustrated with up, down or plateaus. I love this diet and it's really feeling like a way of life now so I haven't stopped or given up but it does frustrate me when I don't see progress on the scale because I want to be at my target weight yesterday. I'm not a very patient person. I just have to keep in mind I have come a VERY long way. I haven't been on here for a while because of my frustration. Sorry I haven't been supporting you guys, but it's just been hard for me to think about dieting while dieting (if that makes sense). Well, that's about it. Thanks for listening.
