That's a good loss and next week will hopefully be even better for you0

Thats ok, from what I see is that you have 15 weeks of losses and only 4 weeks of gains so that is really good1

2.5 pounds this week. Down to 205. Five more pounds to get out of the 200's. I wanted to get out of the 200's before the end of February. I know it could happen in 5 days, but I'm not holding my breath and I'm not going to stress about it. I've made a lot of progress and I know I'll be there very soon. I lost 5 pounds for the month so that is a very good month.3 -
Awesome for sure!!!1

I'm so excited for you! You are so close to your current goal.1

One pound this week. I was hoping for 2 but I'm not complaining and I shouldn't because I cheated a little this week. I need to stay on track. Today is a cheat day. I've noticed when I stay on track and I have my cheat days once a week I do have better losses so I am going to do that and not let my mind convince me to eat something I shouldn't.2 -
You're doing so well!1
-
Wow! Nice losses!1
-
Great job!!! Enjoy your splurge day1
-
What an inspiring journey, I needed this. I'm glad to see that although it isn't always easy, the long term gains pay off.2
