Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I started dating a new guy and he loves food and he always wants me to eat and food is my weakness. I've been trying to stick with OMAD, but he doesn't help at all. I have finally had to put my foot down because I did not lose any weight during June or July. I never fully stopped OMAD, but I cheated A LOT. Never really gained weight. I just kept going up and down around 3 pounds. Well, I'm back on track and I'm still trying to keep this great guy I'm seeing in check. He's got to quit offering me food. He'll just buy me food and bring it to me and I'm starting to just say "I'm sorry, I told you I'm not eating lunch today." So he either eats it or throws it away. I'm not going to feel bad about that. He was warned. I kind of wonder if he doesn't want me to lose the weight. I wonder if he thinks I will be prettier and more attractive to other guys or something. Oh well, I was on this weight loss journey before we met and I won't let anything get in my way of my goal. I will lose 20-40 more pounds. Much love guys!1 -

I've learned to put myself and my needs first, and I don't too much care what other people think. You have to.1 -
Welcome back and good for you on putting your foot down. I couldn't agree more with Jim, put yourself first.
Your boyfriend may want you heavier for reasons you've stated, but he could also just be genuinely concerned. In which case, maybe it's time for sit down. Lol1 -

Hiya! Yep my husband is constantly bringing me food....he goes out to get gas and comes home with a big smile and throws a super sized ice cream bar in my lap. Of course he's always been slim and doesn't have to watch what he eats. I got him to stop by saying "I'm fighting for my life, are you trying to kill me"? He has stopped lately, but he still says : "We deserve a treat, let's go pig out"...LOL the lil devil on my shoulder is my husband Omad makes it easier since I can eat a variety once a day. Good luck1

Yay! 2 more lbs! My boyfriend still tries to get me to eat stuff but I keep saying no. I think I've gotten my willpower back. That is not easy as you all know. August is going to be a great month. Doing so good so far. 4 and a half pounds and going strong. Even got a co-worker started on this diet and she's lost 8 pounds so far. (And she used to be one of the people that tried to blame my migraines on this diet, lol.) Anyways, glad she's trying it out and I'm glad to be back on track. I love OMAD!1 -
