Well, I lost 1.5 lbs which is great, but I'm still not under 200 lbs. Which is just aggravating me so much. I'm sure it shouldn't but it does. Total loss for March= 5 lbs. Not bad. And 13.5 for 2017. I guess that's not bad. Next week UNDER 200!!!!3 -

I finally did it! I'm under 200 lbs! I'm finally in Onederland!!!! I weigh 199 lbs! I better not go back up either. I'll be so mad. But anyway. I'm so happy. I haven't been on MFP as much because I have been so discouraged, but maybe now I can quit being so negative. I didn't quit OMAD though. I kept trying. I'm glad I can say that. The reason why is because I know it has its ups and its downs but the scale will eventually go back down. Yay! I'm so happy right now. Thanks for all the support guys! Y'all are the best!5 -

Thank you! Well, short term is to lose at least 5 more pounds for the month of April, but ultimately my goal is to get down to 170 lbs. And if the pounds keep coming off and I could get down to 150-160, even better.1 -

Lost 3 pounds!!! Biggest loss in a while! Yay!!! I have been very disciplined. Haven't been cheating other than my scheduled cheat day once a week and I am just so happy I've had such a good loss this week. This is awesome!4 -

@Vanguard1 I just eat whatever. This last one I had a breakfast burrito for breakfast and a half a cinnamon roll for lunch (lol) and a big southwest salad for dinner.0
