I gained a 1/2 a pound. I'm not happy. I haven't had a gain or a 0 for a while so i was kind of thinking it might happen but I'm still not happy. I hope it shows a big loss on the scale next week because of it though. This is not what I wanted for March. I wanted 2 pounds a week. If I average 2 pounds a week I'll be okay with that, but as long as I'm losing weight I'm very okay with that.1 -
Maybe it's just water weight but stick with it because you've done so well so far and hoping for you to have a big loss next week1
-
I am inspired by your overall trend. As a newbie to OMAD, I can look at your progress and decide this is a method that works, and is worth my time. With OMAD you have lost 27.5 lbs. in 26 weeks, not too many programs give that type of results over a 6 month period. Great Job and thanks for the motivation!!3
-
Thank you both. The encouragement is what helps keep me going and of course the results. OMAD is the only diet that I've ever been able to stick with and the easiest diet for sure.4

Your doing great!1

Great work Karie!1

the half pound gain went away fast2

I'm getting extremely aggravated.0
-
Why?? You have consistently been losing and doing fantastic!1
-
I wish my number were half as good as yours! Your doing well, why aggravated?1
-
Sorry you're aggravated but don't beat yourself up, Joe said there would be stalls so don't give up1
-
I agree with brenda... stalls are bound to happen. But they are temporary. You've stalled for two weeks and gone so well for months! dont worry about it. report back next week and we'll talk about your progress. If in the following weeks you are still stalled, we'll see what you can try2
-
I see in your data that there have been three other occasions where you really didn't have a loss for a two-week average and you have always seemed to come out of it. Give it another week or two to see what happens!2

About how many calories do you take in with OMAD?0
