How can you hate carrots D: I love cooked carrots and then baby carrots with hummus. I HATE CELERY! And honestly I hate almonds too. But I can eat them in my oats and with other nuts. I also hate fish, mushrooms, asparagus, etc. But I don't really force myself to eat them, cause I eat lots of other healthy foods. :)

Hey! If you eat only veggies they won't necessarily fill you up haha. Oatmeal is my favorite---just buy the cheap big container of old fashioned oats and microwave. Then you can put lots of different stuff in it! Blueberrries, bananas, craisins, walnuts, etc. Any fruit is a good idea. Apple slices and peanut butter. Whole…

Exactly how I feel :) I never really felt "ugly" i don't think I ever was. But being healthy and fit is so sexy in my opinion, and I just feel empowered and wonderful. :)

Hey! When losing I ate 1200 at first, but I found I had more success eating 1350-1400. I didn't eat anymore when I worked out, because I think that's something you do when you're maintaining, not losing. Lots of hard work ;) It's a simple solution. 1. Healthy foods. 2. Calorie deficit 3. Tracking/logging religiously 4. Exercise 5. Water 6. Sleep rinse and repeat until desired results ;)
