I am so scared for maintenance haha. I still have a ways to go...5-10 lbs. But after that, I'm not sure how I'm going to maintain lol. It's going to be so different from what I'm used to. But I'm definitely more excited to eat more. xD
And the mirror idea has helped me so much, I highly recommend it!0 -

It's a simple solution.
1. Healthy foods.
2. Calorie deficit
3. Tracking/logging religiously
4. Exercise
5. Water
6. Sleep
