I start bodyshred today. I have all jillian dvds and love them. I tried body revolution and phase 1 was alittle too easy for me. I am looking for pals who have tried bodyshred or are getting ready to try it. I will post an update on my results in few weeks.

I dont know how to post pictures here but I'm 5'3" and the heaviest I got to was 158lbs. I got down to 128lbs by just rotating jillian micheals dvds and eating clean about 80% of the time. On days when I do cardio first thing in the morning, I do not eat before my workout. I drink plenty of water before and during. After my workout, I will make my green juice (kale, cucumber, celery, spinach, green apple, and flaxseed). If I workout in the evening, then I will eat healthy dinner (nothing heavy) mostly good…

me too, i really didnt like chalean extreme. I just restarted second round of les mills pump. The first round I completed pump, I lost 9lbs and inches and have kept them off.

a few symptons went away when I started this lifestyle change last yr...no more breast tenderness, no cramping, no bloating,......the only thing that wont diminish is the MUNCHIES! I get the munchies BADDDD right before my period :tongue:
