I just started running less than month ago. I try to run 3-4X week doing 3 mile runs. So thats about 9-12 miles week. By the end of the month, I want to start increasing to 4 mile runs.

I'm hispanic and I too love mexican food! I will pass on rice and beans but I sure love me some fajitas with all the trimmings (cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo)!!

I did pump 3x week (mon, wed, fri) and add cardio on the 2 days in between (tues, thurs). I usually run on my cardio days, rest on saturday and then do a yoga dvd on sunday.

level 2 is my favorite! I still throw it in to my workouts once in awhile

I love Les Mills Pump!! I did it for the 90 days and got some great body compostion! I might go for round 2 soon.

I have never tried insanity but Im currently doing chalean extreme. I mix it up with my inlcine trainer to add more cardio. In the 3 weeks that ive been doing chalean, i noticed a big difference in my body...its shrinking! good luck to you whichever program you choose to do!

I rotated all my jillian dvd's. They will all get you results. No more trouble zones is strength training and banish fat boost metabolism is cardio. I rotated these 2 dvds for awhile and got some great results.

I hear ya! my weight always stalls for 3 months and then boom I lose few pounds for few weeks consecutive and then it will stop again and I wont lose for another 3 months. so my advice: 1. stay consistant with exercise and clean eating 2. drink water all day everyday 3. relax your mind from constantly thinking of losing.…
