I workout 5-6 times week. Les mills PUMP 3X wk HIIT (outdoors or treadmill) 2-3X wk rest day is sunday each workout consists of 30 mts.

I'm loving the results and thats enough motivation for me to keep going. Mind you, I dont deprive myself, just try to eat as clean as possible most of the times and the rest of times, eat in moderation. good luck to you! dont lose motivation. It took me a few months before I started seeing results.

I have a tattoo on each wrist. They are the zodiac symbols for my son and daughter. My sons is colored blue aries symbol and my daughter is colored purple leo symbol. I didnt want to put their names. I cover them with my watch and bracelets at work, on the weekends I dont cover them.

I dont recommend eating 1000 calories a day. I think the minimum is 1200. This is just a thought, but it sounds like a tough goal. Why dont you set small goals instead. It will be much easier on you so you dont lose motivation. Maybe set a small goal of losing 10 lbs every other month? Good luck to you!

NO! NOT every guy is like that! I have a great husband who cleans up after himself. If I make dinner, he takes care of dishes. he does his own laundry and helps out around the house. I dont take advantage of him. He knows that between us, we have 5 kids (2 from my previous marriage and 3 are his from previous marriage) so…

I'm doing les mills PUMP and i love it! I just started noticing results and i've been doing it for 3 wks. For me, I added more weight for more intensity and do less reps. I feel my body changing. I would suggest you sticking it out for the full 90 days, add more weight if you have to. I think you will see great results…

The last few pounds are the hardest to lose. Take a breather for a week or two. Do something you like. Take your mind completely off calories and exercise. It could be the stress of losing thats not letting you lose. good luck!

drink lots of water and keep healthy snacks (protein bars, energy bars) around. At every meal make sure you eat protien. it will make you fuller longer.
