my thoughts exactly X2! My hubby and kids support me. They will eat anything I put in front of them. We made a rule to only eat out fridays and/or saturdays and from sunday on I cook healthy and we eat at home. I dont buy junk food or sweets. I track and try to stay under during the week. I dont eat back my exercise calories. I save those extra calories for the weekend because I dont track on the weekends. I eat everything in moderation but eat anything i'm in the mood for. Its easier for me this way that way I dont feel deprived.

I love all jillian dvd's. They all get you results. If your just starting off, I suggest 30 day shred. That dvd is what sparked my fitness journey 2 yrs ago. It's still my "go to" dvd when Im feeling a little flabby from my midsection. good luck!

you can definitely lose weight just by walking. Thats how I started my fitness journey 2 yrs ago. I walked 5X week for 40 mts and within few months I lost 8 lbs. At the time, I wasnt even watching how clean I ate and I still lost weight.
