I lost 50 pounds (gained that back plus more but that's another story) with PCOS on a only fruits and vegetables diet. I did not take any medications for my PCOS. It's possible to lose weight but it'll take a bit longer depending on various factors in each women who has the diease. Don't be discouraged ! Keep eating…

I just started a new lifestyle change and from past experiences, if I have one cheat meal I end up eating more than I expected to. So, for me I try to stick with my vegan foods only. I don't have enough strength to stop at one candy bar... yet !

I am getting banded in a few months. I got a doctor that will accept my insurance. I was wondering what foods can you eat and can't eat after the surgery? And any advice that is helpful.
