This is great advice, I tend to come home and want to "relax" and get involved with a great episode of Law and Order SVU and really feel hungry....But with a plan....I will less likely feel this hunger until dinner time! Thanks!

I just started doing HIIT which included sprint on the treadmill. What I was instructed to do was Walk fast at 4.0 for 5 minutes. Run fast at 8.0 for 20 seconds walk fast at 4.0 for 40 seconds....REPEAT 3 TIMES Run Fast at 7.0 for 30 seconds walk fast at 4.0 for 30 seconds.....REPEAT 3 TIMES Run at 6.0 for 1 minuted walk…

Can you do them modified like a modified plank ( on your elbows) but in reverse? Maybe google modified reverse plank?

I think you sweat more doing HIIT because you are increasing your heart rate quickly, then it comes down some, then you increase it quickly and repeat. I am no expert by any means but just my opinion.

My weekend was absolutely horrible and the scale is up 5 pounds this morning. I am so, so, so mad at myself. I need to kick my own *kitten* this week.

This is what I was thinking the last time I was ill, But I have been very cautious about cleaning all equipment, mats and using hand sanitizer after each piece of equipment. I will wash my hands as soon as I get home. I mean I guess I can't rule this out completely.

Thanks, I haven't tried steel oats before, but since I am not a huge fan of oatmeal....I am not sure I will like it but I will try it.
