We live right outside of Indiana, PA. It is a beautiful rural area but only an hour from bigger cities (Pittsburgh, Greensburg, Altoona). I grew up here and now we are raising our children here...I think it's perfect...but I may be partial :)

We just got back from camping this weekend. I tried to be aware of what I was eating, but didn't want to feel like I was eating seperate meals. We cooked things to make balanced meals...watermelon, corn on cob, baked potato's...and then I took turkey bacon, turkey kielbosa (sp?), etc...my husband couldn't taste the…

You are in the right place to get started. Feel free to look me up...I am a mom of 2 as well. The time it takes to lose the extra weight is well worth it when you see the looks in your children's eyes as they wrap their arms around you and exercise with you!

I was finding the same thing. I went out and bought a HRM and I go by that now. The HRM definitely registers higher than the elliptical machine and just a tad less than MFP.

I have it and LOVE it! My chest is 42D...it fits fine and there is even more room to expand it. It is the best purchase I have made in a long time! You won't have a problem with the strap. Just make sure you bought the 1025 for females...and you'll be fine! Enjoy!

I track the calories, fat, sodium and carbs. I really pay close attention to the calories and fat. I am not saying this is the right way, just that this is what I do.

I beleive someone told me you do Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10, etc... I am on day 5 today. It is a butt kicker, but I notice differences! Expect it to be tough...enjoy!

This site has made me face my fear of telling others my weight. Before this I would share with my hubby but noone else. I had a hard time understanding how my hubby could love my body when I didn't.

I am doing this but I am not setting dates of when I want to lose the weight by. Instead I set benchmarks that I wanted to get to weight-wise. My rewards include a date night with the hubby, new clothes, massage, etc... Good Luck to you!
