30DS (I'm on Day 8) ChaLEAN Extreme (Starting "Lean" tomorrow!) Focus T25 (Week 5 starting tomorrow) It is intense... but I cannot seem to lose the weight for whatever reason!

Shaun kicks your as. When I first started, I was following Tanya (mod) from the 12 minute mark to 0. Now, I can make it to about the 4 min mark without following her. I would recommend this work out to someone who has been working out for a while and doesn't have two left feet.

great job! I'm at the 6lbs mark myself after about 7 weeks... haven't tracked inches (only started tracking on Sunday) but I noticed my clothes fitting nicer. Keep up the great work!

Don't lost faith. I am in the PUSH month with ChaLEAN and decided that I wasn't getting enough cardio in (cardio + weights = weight loss) so I added T25 to the mix. Up your cardio... If you don't want to do T25, add in Burn Intervals every other day... and work out 6 days a week. Keep eating clean. let your body get used…

no brownies yet... But I did have a chocolate frapp from Starbucks... felt terrible after having it... definitely got rid of the craving. Next time, I'm just going to eat the damn brownie.

I'm just starting the PUSH phase... I'm down about 7lbs and my arms are getting really strong. It's not noticeable in pictures, but I am noticing a difference in strength and agility.

I worked at La Vie en Rose for the longest time and I totally agree. I'm not the go-to gal of all my friends and I fit THEIR boobs because I know what size they should be wearing against the size they currently are. No one ever gets their band/cup size right. Go for a proper fitting!
