I've lost 15lbs (only started tracking about 5lbs lost before joining MFP) in total since July. The pictures do not show a difference sadly, but the inches are adding up... 9" over all gone - that's a nice sized penis!!

Is anyone following a fitness program but not the diet?
i'm following ChaLEAN and T25 but not sticking to their diet plans - I am still eating healthy (excluding this past Saturday and Sunday... but the last 7 weeks have been 9/10 at worst) ... I am wondering if anyone is doing the same and what the results are... Thanks!

Merging ChaLEAN Extreme and Focus T25
Currently entering the PUSH phase in CLX and I've looked at adding either Turbofire OR Focus T25 to the mix. I'm leaning more towards T25 because it looks more "fun". Has anyone ever merged these programs before? Any tips?
