Is anyone following a fitness program but not the diet?

i'm following ChaLEAN and T25 but not sticking to their diet plans - I am still eating healthy (excluding this past Saturday and Sunday... but the last 7 weeks have been 9/10 at worst) ... I am wondering if anyone is doing the same and what the results are...

yupe i'm doing jillian michaels body revolution almost done the 3 month programe. i think i have great results maybe not weight lose wise but inches0

oh good Lord, those "diet plans" included with workout programs are so unrealistic and UN-idividualized. I doubt many people look at those twice! I know I never have! lol0 -

Michael - That's starting for me Mid-Oct .. love doing Shred! ... I know that once the inches start to come off, as will the lbs.0 -
good luck when you start by the third month you swear she trying to kill you. but i love the results so far. i lose the love handles and the tummy is way more firmer. you will do great0

I'm doing 30 Day Shred right now plus Turbo Jam & all I'm doing is watching my calories. I'm trying to eat 'healthy' when I can as well but definitely no strict diet here! As for results I'll get back to you in a month lol :-) Good luck!0

I don't follow anybody's diet plans. I prefer to pay attention to what my body needs. Diets are temporary. I weigh myself for the fun of it not to judge my self.0

I've done lots of Jillian workouts and am currently doing Body Revolution. But there's no way I'm going to follow any of her diet plans. That's just cray!0

I'm doing New Rules of Lifting for Women. I'm following the macro recommendations and general nutrition advice (which fall in line with my normal, more sustainable habits), but not the specific meal plan (which is not sustainable for me, largely because of the prep work involved). I have yet to find a meal plan from a workout person that didn't make me want to run screaming, either from the super complicated recipes to the just plain weird and unappetizing.0

I don't follow a diet either......I don't even like the word.
I am currently doing T25, finished Insanity and P90x.0
