I've lost 15lbs (only started tracking about 5lbs lost before joining MFP) in total since July. The pictures do not show a difference sadly, but the inches are adding up...

To the left, the OP and to the right, an incredibly hot & fit woman. My initial thought was "Whoa! She looks great now!" and then I noticed that the picture on the right was actually an advertisement for Jillian Micheals...
