  • I would start with the 30 as it is for weight loss - even of it is just your stomach it will help get it down. Then do the abs. I'v seen some ppl do it this way and got good results and will build your strength for the abs workout. If you have the time you can do both at the same time. Do two videos a day.

  • You should be eating at least 1200 cals and trying to up your working out. Eating so little means in the long run you will gain weight - try and fit in a little workout before or after work.
