30 day shred or 6 week abs workout?

Hey,
I've started the 30 day shred two days ago but i just discovered the 6 weeks abs workout.
My initial goal was to get rid off my belly fat and flatten it fast. I'm thin but i have a little bit of belly fat and i hate that.
Do i have to follow the 30 day shred or the 6 weeks abs workout?

    Do both.
    But nothing will spot reduce from a certain part of your body..unfortunately the tummy tends to be the last place we lose it.

    Yeah i know :( i've tried everything to spot reduce belly fat. I thought the 30 day shred will do the job

    Both workouts are good..give them both a try nd see which one you enjoy and benefit from the most..then be consistent in doing that workout regularly and you will get results I'm sure.

    I would start with the 30 as it is for weight loss - even of it is just your stomach it will help get it down. Then do the abs. I'v seen some ppl do it this way and got good results and will build your strength for the abs workout.

    If you have the time you can do both at the same time. Do two videos a day.

    I'm on day 25 of 30DS and my biggest problem area was always my tummy. 30DS has made a huge difference so far to me (lost 7lbs so far and dropped a UK dress size). My tummy is almost looking toned and my fitness levels have improved greatly. I'll be doing Ripped in 30 next and 6 week abs when I've lost a little more weight. I would definitely recommend 30DS :bigsmile:
