2lb loss is actually quite good. The recommended weight loss is only 1lb a week :) 2lb if you have a lot of body fat to lose I think. To be honest, I always count any loss as a victory. Are you exercising as well or just calorie counting ?:)

I get my supplements and shakes either through supplementsforsport.co.uk (because it's based not far from me) or from myprotein.com. They have a ton of different things there. Using your first week to see what you eat and log it on here is actually a really good choice! :D Because you can look back and see what little things you can change to make your diet healthier! :D

thanks for the input! :D I really want to try insanity as well! My partner is on his 2nd round also and it looks like so much fun! :D I think I've settled on P90 next and complete the schedule there, and then move onto P90X , after that, I'm going to have a look at some hybrid schedules. :D I like schedules :P

I use Protein shakes for when i don't feel like eating or when my work schedule interferes with my mealtimes. No guarantee it'll work for you but it's sure working for me :D

There's a section on the food diary where you can enter your own meals, all the individual ingredients, and how many people it served and it will work it out for you.
