  • Im also working my way down from morbidly obese and trying to get to a healthy weight. I started at 271lbs last October and currently down to 250lbs. I have a couple of health conditions (that also come with prescription only meds) that make losing weight a little trickier, but its not impossible. I figured I needed to…
  • I've been doing Chloe Ting's workout challenges on Youtube (I work better when I'm goal oriented :D) Her programmes are free and literally only suggests a workout mat. She also has no jumping options and apartment friendly modifications to some of the exercises. The majority of it is resistance based workouts but she does…

  • Have you tried a step counter? There's some good free ones that you can download onto your phone that link in with my fitness pal. My biggest problem is not eating enough which sabotages me completely. My appetite is shot thanks to my prescription meds, but I do find completing the Food Diary helps a lot with keeping track…

  • I have NO idea how it works...although my best friend is currently into her 5th month and aiming for her 3 stone award. She's not exercising too much (although she is doing some) and just following the eating plan. Although I'm sure its especially helpful for people who have extremely unhealthy eating habits. Before the…

  • There's also Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer, The idea is to fit more than one into your day, I did 3 a day 6 days a week for 4 weeks (The accelerated results program) before moving onto P90. I work a lot of shifts and i found them easy to fit around my schedule :D

  • Totally this! Your choice of what you put into your body doesn't affect what he chooses to put into his body. You've done awesomely to get where you are now. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to have a partner who isn't totally supportive of your decisions. Stick to what YOU want to eat. You shouldn't be pressurized…

  • I log daily, and always go down my newsfeed to comment on peoples entries that i may have missed. I do wonder sometimes if I'm obsessed with mine and everyone else's transformations, but i like to be supportive! :D I want so badly for everyone to succeed in their goals and if a little bit of support can help them achieve…
  • ah at my heaviest i was 310lbs. (quite a few years ago i might add :P) I would quite happily order a family pack meal from a pizza takeaway near me which consisted of 3 12" pizzas a 12" Garlic bread with cheese, potato wedges and garlic mayo dip, a tub of coleslaw, cheesy chips and a 2 litre bottle of coke. I'd plough my…
