Hi my name is Katy. I am a single mom of a 10 year old daughter. I have battled undereating for along time . before I came here I was netting 900-1000 calories. I am taking an undereating rehab course to help me on my journey to eating right and healthy. I am 38 years old almost. my heaviest weight was 250 pounds and I wore a size 26W. I am now 180 pounds. I would love friends who are positive and would support me on my journey . I would also feel everytime I ate something that I would need to burn the calories off and would work out to much. I know this class I am doing and with the support of friends I can be a success story. I want to do things right and deal with all the deeper rooted issues and lose weight with hard work and determination by eating right and exercising.

hey sweety! :D Friend request sent! :D I try and comment on peoples logs every day, I'll also poke you if you aren't eating enough :) Good nutrition is super important. At my heaviest i was 310lbs, that was 9 years ago though . I'm at 180lbs now currently and I'm aiming more for NSV's than the weightloss. I need to be fit and healthy to keep up with my children! lol/ . Look forward to chatting sweety! :D Huge hugs and stuff! :D<3
  • my first step is finding out what calories I am supposed to eat have no clue on that.

to eat healthier as well instead of crap food. I need to take baby steps on setting goals for myself. the first is proper calories

    Height 5"4 inches tall

age: 38 years old ( in a month and a half)

    Current weight: 180 pounds

    Goal weight: 136 pounds

for activity level I want to be active in working out which is another goal leave sedentary far behind me.
